Dear Ms. Marianne
Your writings have always been a source of strength for me. I know you have suffered with your health in recent years. It is unfair. You don't deserve this. It is exhausting mentally. Physically you want to do so much more. No Hokus Pokus will make it better. Know that your are loved deeply by your family and friends. Your legacy of love for children remains. Lastly, any type of exercises for stability and core strength (gentle ones), done continually, will be a buffer for accidents. Do one thing in the morning, one thing in the afternoon, one thing in the evening. Bite sized therapeutic exercises. I am speaking from years of chronic pain and I have been thoroughly scanned! Weak spots in your body will always be there, but you can weaponize yourself some.
