It's birthday crown time here again in my world. The little twins for whom I nannied in Chicago - beginning when they were very newborns - are turning three next week. They're kids, not babies. That does make me a little sad. But, it's so much fun to sit here and think of them and how they are growing as I create this year's birthday crowns! Which, this year, are needle felted pictures on wool crowns.
For Eli, a little elfin guy playing with a snail..and for Sofia, a flying fairy with an autumn flower garland in her hands. They aren't quite finished but thought I'd share the plan and the crowns so far...stay tuned!
Oh wow! I can't wait to see what they look like when they're finished!
