Baby Girl

My granddaughter (That's the first time in my whole life I've ever written those two words together) was born at 1:07 this morning, at home, in the birth tub, surrounded by beautiful chanting music and candle light. She weighed 10 pounds 4 ounces. Her skin is softer than time. Her mama is an awesome warrior. Pictures wil be posted soon. And I'm going to take a nap.

Congratulations. Isn't it a wonderful thing, to hold and wonder at a little girl of your line?
